The Policy may be subject to further changes. We suggest that you regularly check the latest employee handbook / Company’s portal to apprise yourself of any updates. The Company may also send you through email updated policy for your information. Your continued engagement with us will imply your acceptance of such updates to this Policy.

  3. We collect limited device details such as platform, model, operating system version, locale, CPU cores, and screen size. This data helps us diagnose app errors, improve performance, and optimize the app experience for different devices and environments.

  4. We may collect details such as your name, age, profile picture, short bio (“about user”), and phone number. These details help us personalize the app content and experience to match your profile and preferences. These details help us: ensure age-appropriate content is displayed, verify that each user is genuine, and prevent misuse of the platform.

  5. We securely store chat conversations on our protected servers. This is done solely to: Monitor and ensure the AI’s responses comply with our safety and content standards, Detect and prevent the delivery of harmful or inappropriate content, We do not use or read your conversations for marketing, profiling, or any purpose that may go against your privacy. Conversations are used only to improve the quality, safety, and reliability of our product.

  6. Account Deletion Policy: If you request to delete your account, we will retain your data for 30 days before permanently removing it from our databases. This grace period allows you to recover your account by logging in again within 30 days. After this period, all associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

    You may delete your account or data at any time by contacting support@karakbit.com. For security reasons, you will need to verify your identity before deletion. Once your request is validated, your data will be deleted within 15 days. Backup data may be temporarily retained for system recovery purposes; deleted accounts cannot be reactivated.

  7. We fully complies with the Google Play Families Policy to ensure a safe and appropriate experience for children and families. Our app content, features, data handling are designed to meet Google’s standards for child safety, privacy protection, and age-appropriate use. We do not collect, share, or use children’s personal information in ways that violate these requirements, and all user interactions within the app are carefully reviewed to maintain a family-friendly environment.

  8. We do not share, sell, or rent your personal data or usage data to any third-party companies. All information collected is used solely for the functioning, improvement, and safety of our services.
