Introduction:
At Karakbit, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data.
If you no longer wish to use Karakbit, you can permanently delete your account and all related information.
How to request account deletion
Open the Karakbit app.
Go to Settings → Click on the 'Profile icon' → Help & Settings → Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion by clicking on the 'Delete' button on the confirmation modal.
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 7 days.
Note: If you are unable to access the app, you may email us at support@karakbit.com from your registered number or email ID with the subject “Delete my Karakbit Account.”
What data will be deleted
Your phone number and login credentials
All AI chat history and learning progress
Profile information (name, avatar, preferences)
What data may be retained temporarily
For security, fraud prevention, and legal reasons, minimal records (such as transaction logs or account deletion confirmation) may be retained for up to 30 days before being permanently erased.
Deleting chat data
User can delete your chat history anytime.
Open the Karakbit app.
Go to History.
Tap the 'Delete' icon next to the chat you want to remove.
Confirm by clicking Delete on the confirmation popup.
Your chat will be deleted instantly.
